Groups on We3 are always 3 highly compatible people in a group chat. Users can have multiple groups. Each group displays your shared traits, mutual interests and common goals.
You may be missing one or more of the requirements to start a group. To find out, go to the menu and tap on your status at the top. There you will see some red or yellow alerts that tell you what we’re missing. Tap them to resolve the issue. Make sure your push notifications are enabled. If your profile is in good standing, you will receive a push notification or an SMS notification from (833) 493-0009 letting you know that your group is ready.
Go into the app, open the menu by swiping from the left and tap on your status at the top. From the Status page, you can change your status to Invisible.

The short answer is: They don’t play a role in most cases. However, we care deeply about creating a safe environment for our users, therefore, some matches may be prevented if we suspect that any of our users may be subject to abuse or intolerance from another user based on these identities. This decision is solely informed by our users’ responses on the subject.

Profiles are never public. Only the users that you are compatible with will be able to see you. They will be able to see your first name, age, and your profile picture. They will also be able to see any extra information you choose to include in your profile, such as your work information, the school you attended, and the About Me section. They do not have access to your email address, last name, or telephone number.
You can report a user directly in the app by tapping on the ‘information’ icon in your group. If they’re not in your group yet, you can report them by tapping on the ellipsis icon on their profile or tap “Pass” and then selecting the user you’d like to report.

To upgrade to We3 Plus, slide open the menu from the left of the screen and tap on Get We3 Plus. You can also upgrade by tapping the yellow circle that says Matches in your queue. If this circle doesn’t appear, it’s likely that we have less than 10 highly compatible users around you. So keep that in mind when upgrading.
