We3 is looking for a world-class Head of Creator Partnerships for Video Creators who will work closely with our CEO to grow We3's creator partnerships. This well-connected, energetic go-getter will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnership opportunities with key creators.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving measurable results in a fast-paced, creative environment along with demonstrated success in managing teams and talent. It's critical for the Head of Creator Partnerships for Video Creators to understand the needs of creators, producers and publishers, the challenges faced and the current methods of fan engagement and monetization. 
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
  • Kickstart and grow the Creator Partnerships team.
  • Create a strategic outreach plan and manage the prospecting and onboarding of new creators.
  • Participate and lead meetings with creators, production-companies and publishers, and manage the necessary negotiations.
  • Actively manage the resulting pipeline to help expedite conversion at every stage of the funnel and forecast appropriately. 
  • Remain at the forefront of the creator landscape, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Integrate brand awareness initiatives in ongoing outreach. 
  • Learn what works best and establish world-class processes. 
  • Recruit, develop and inspire a Creator Partnerships dream team that espouses our core values.
  • Establish quarterly goals, KPIs and OKRs for ongoing team management and company-wide communication.  
  • Participate as an active member of the leadership team by communicating challenges, opportunities and proposing solutions.

  • Hungry to have a massive impact in the world.
  • 10+ years working in a sales, business development or partnership capacity. 
  • Management & leadership experience.
  • Experience in working with creators.
  • Ability to develop rapport and establish trust with creators, agents and managers.
  • Expertise with CRM, pipeline reporting and sales automation tools. 
  • Exceptional communicator & storyteller, both written and verbal.
  • Proven record of strategic intuition when assessing opportunities, establishing deal terms and negotiating.
  • Entrepreneurial and a hands-on style with a strong bias towards action while working effectively in an innovative environment that values collaboration without ego.
  • Operate at a high level of intensity, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence.
